Meet our newest team member, Francisco
May 20, 2025
London, UK — May 20, 2025 — We are very happy to announce that Francisco Jimenez Cabrera has joined PolyModels Hub as our newest team member!
Francisco brings a strong foundation in computer science, developed through four years of study in Spain and a lifelong passion for technology. With over nine years of professional experience, he has excelled as an Associate Tech Lead at Builder.ai, leading MLOps initiatives to deliver scalable AI and infrastructure systems, and as a Senior Web Engineer at Canonical, developing robust backend and infrastructure solutions. An enthusiastic supporter of open source, Francisco occasionally contributes to community projects and has even launched his own, leveraging his extensive Python expertise as a backend engineer and proficiency with DevOps technologies.
At PolyModels Hub, Francisco joins as Senior Software Engineer – DevOps, where he’ll play a pivotal role in scaling and securing the infrastructure behind our ModelFlow platform. He’ll lead efforts to automate deployments, optimize cloud architecture, and strengthen system reliability—helping scientists and researchers develop pharmaceutical solutions faster through robust and seamless digital workflows.
I’m thrilled to join PolyModels Hub and work with a team dedicated to transforming drug development through digital tools and collaboration. The opportunity to help deliver impactful solutions that accelerate breakthroughs in pharma is incredibly exciting, and I’m eager to contribute my expertise to this inspiring mission.
