Meet our newest team member, Michela

London, UK — June 5, 2025 — We are very happy to announce that Michela Di Cosimo has joined PolyModels Hub as our newest team member!

Michela has a strong academic background in chemistry and computer science, which she later enriched by specialising in medical and pharmaceutical translation. Her professional path spans a range of industries, including medical, engineering, translation, and luxury, giving her a broad and adaptable perspective. This diverse experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of complex workflows and the ability to apply tailored project management strategies that streamline processes and enhance efficiency. She focuses on designing solutions that improve operational structure, boost performance, and consistently deliver high-quality results that drive client satisfaction.

At PolyModels Hub, Michela takes on the role of Operations & Project Coordinator, where she will drive structure across our internal processes, support project tracking, and ensure seamless collaboration across teams. She’ll also play a key role in maintaining and improving documentation systems, supporting compliance, and coordinating critical administrative workflows that support our operational growth.

Joining PolyModels Hub is an exciting step forward and a challenge I’m truly looking forward to. It’s inspiring to see so many brilliant scientists leading progress and driving real change in the pharmaceutical industry.
