Meet our newest team member, Luke

London, UK — October 13, 2025 — We’re excited to welcome Luke Marini as the newest member of the PolyModels Hub team!

Luke joins us as an AI/ML Engineer, where he will help shape and scale the AI/ML backbone of our ModelFlow platform. His work will focus on developing intelligent tools that enhance usability, automate insight generation, and support decision-making across pharmaceutical development.

Luke holds a Master’s degree in Information and Computer Engineering from the University of Cambridge, with academic specialisations in deep learning, reinforcement learning, and computer vision. Professionally, he has worked across startups and fast-paced innovation environments—developing everything from document parsing pipelines and synthetic data systems to model explainability features and infrastructure-as-code toolkits.

At PolyModels Hub, Luke’s contributions will span the full AI/ML lifecycle—from prototyping and evaluation to integration and scaling. He will play a central role in advancing our AI-powered modelling tools and enabling scientists to extract more value from their data, faster.
